Ruby's Soul & Seafood, LLC is a family-owned restaurant that's transitioned into an on-the-go food truck. This exquisite food cuisine was originally founded in early 2000, by the late great Mrs. Ruby Staley, and later renowned by her son, Joey “T” Anderson. Birthed in the countryside of Wagner, SC, Mama Ruby graced her food with love, joy, & longevity of good seasonings, while listening to Wilson Meadows song, “Still My Love”. Besides her caring heart and compassion for feeding the community, she was well known for her famous “Country-side Dressing” and “Macaroni & Cheese.”. Although her legacy lives on, it is rightfully so that her creative hands and brilliant memorable recipes be passed on within her generations to come. Lastly, in the manifested words of Mama Ruby, “He's an on-time GOD!!! There's only two things you should put in your food. LOVE is from the heart and SOUL is the music that you play while you're cooking. Now that's what makes it SOULFOOD.”
